This example has three 8 Carbons per fatty acid (in red) chain most fat have longer fatty acid chains usually 18 or 16

Progesterone

Corticosterone

Vitamin D

 
Phytosteroids
    Phytosterols block absorption of cholesterol and reduce chance of cardiovascular disease
       The main phytosterol is Beta Sitosterol and is found in most plant tissue
